Admin cannot see ‘Users’ and their profiles

  I cannot see my Users in the backend of our org’s website https://habieducationlab.org even though I’m already an Admin. We are using Word Press.

  I have also tried to add a new user with Admin roles, but I still cannot see the User profiles. I also cannot add a new Plugin. Need your help ASAP.
