  Does ne1 know if there is an Admin Console to manage posts or if you can group post?

  Well, to manage Posts, you can do it at Dashboard -> Manage -> Posts. Not sure what you mean by group Posts. Care to give an example?

  You may also be in the wrong spot as well. I note that your account is under an hour old and there’s no link to your WordPress.com site under your name. If you have a WordPress blog hosted elsewhere not on WP.com, you need to be over there as we run a different code base than the downloadable version of WordPress and our answers will be different.
