Admin dashboard accessible but public site times out (site-level issue)

  Hello,

  My WordPress.com site has been completely inaccessible publicly for over 24 hours.

  • The admin dashboard works normally.
  • The public site times out and does not load at all.
  • Neither of the following URLs load:
    https://pelinfinance.wordpress.com
    https://pelin.finance.blog

  This happens across different browsers and networks.

  The Support Assistant confirmed this points to a site-level / routing issue rather than a domain configuration problem.

  Could a moderator please escalate this to the technical team to check the server or routing status of my site?

  Both URL’s load fine for me.
