admin dashboard and options not loading

  help!
  my site admin for melanielefebvre.com is not loading at all.
  im clicking on MY SITES, BILLING HISTORY, MANAGE PURCHASES… nothing is loading and im just getting error messages. i cant access the support chat either. what is happening???

  i was asked in wordpress.com fb messenger to try this:

  What error messages are you seeing? As you have a paid plan you are entitled to live chat and email support, https://wordpress.com/support/live-chat/

  i just posted error messages.
  i cant access the chat because my admin isnt working. nothing is loading.

  I am having the same trouble. Was this resolved at any point?
