Admin Dashboard Help!

  I have admin access to a friend’s WordPress website but can across the problem where I cannot access certain items on the admin dashboard. For some reason, it takes me directly to the website’s homepage. I have changed to a different account, reset my password and, deleted my cache and cookies.
  I have no idea how to solve this problem!
