Admin dashboard sidebar not expanding

Dear WordPress,
I have an issue with a folded admin dashboard side bar. I have clicked the arrow on the bottom to fold the bar, but it fails to reappear when clicking the unfold button.I have read it maybe a cookie issue, and hence I have deleted all website cookies, but still the panel does not expand.
I imagine it maybe set binary somewhere in the database. Is there a quick fix by running an MySQL command? Thanks !

Ok, will post it on the right forum. Thanks for notifying me. Wasn’t aware there was a difference between the two, since logo’s name, etc are all the same.
