Admin Dashboard / Site no longer exists

Hi There, we previously used this log in to access our wordpress site https://collectiveartsbrewing.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=page
We haven’t really been using the site but still required access sporadically. Recently, the SSL certificate expired and now we’re unable to access the admin dashboard. The email I used to access the site is also no longer recognized. I had to add the domain to shopify to avoid broken links as well. Just wondering if there is anything to be done where we can still access that admin dashboard? Even if it means using a new domain?
Sorry for how confusing this sounds but I honestly don’t know where to begin.
