Admin dashboard stuck in HTML mode

  I logged into my dashboard and it is stuck in HTML mode and the entire page looks like it is stuck in text only or something.. I accessed it with Safari and firefox and restarted the computer, checked for updates and I am still having the issue. Anyone have a fix? or know if this is an issue that we are all having?

  Hello there,
  Thanks for letting us know you resolved this. Sometimes members don’t know that they can enable or disable the Visual editor setting here. Users > Personal > Personal Settings
  Visual Editor __Disable the visual editor when writing
  (The default setting is Visual editor “enabled”. )
