  By this I meant the question in the WP site, “How can we help you today?” Then they offer a text-only field with no way to post screen captures.

  I tried responding to the email on my question but it got sent back 3 times. They don’t seem to use an actual ticketing system at WP (or is it Sensei, or Jetpack….?).

  Basically my Admin panel has two different views, one is Overview and one is more operational. I haven’t seen this before. In the overview-type view, the tabs are missing.

  It’s maybe an easy fix/toggle, but without seeing the whole Admin dashboard, there are many things I can’t do.

  But I can’t put pics here, so this is difficult and confusing. Hm…

  Hi there,

  Can you share a link to the two different views so we can take a look? I did take a look around on minorbluesbasictheory.com but did not see any “how can we help you today?” messages on admin screens there. It’s possible the message has changed since you posted but if you can share links to the two different views we’re happy to investigate.
