Admin email

I can’t change the email on the admin account. I would change it and it will say the email verification to the new email that I put it but I never got the mail. I’ve tried this many times already.

Hi there,
Did you try to access your spam folder? Sometimes verification e-mails can be flagged as spam.

Hi there,
I do not see any sites under your @vswealthmgmt WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.
Is it possible you created your site under a different login with us or are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?
Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.

I used GoDaddy. They already fixed it in their part but the email is it a random letters and number and I want to change it to my email so I can receive any inquiries from my website. It’s vswealthmanagement.com

Thanks for clarifying. We can’t help directly because we don’t host vswealthmanagement.com on our WordPress.com managed hosting. As a result, we can’t take a closer look at your site.
Instead your host (GoDaddy) uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com. The good news is that help is available here at the open-source WordPress forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
The folks in the open-source forums are more familiar with these kinds of issues and are in the best position to help. Also, I see that GoDaddy published an article on this issue as well. You may want to try the steps here first to see if that helps: https://ca.godaddy.com/help/change-a-users-email-address-in-the-wordpress-database-27013
Hope this helps point you in the right direction!
