admin email address

I have tried to update the admin email address and it is not sending the verification to the new email address provided. This is on top of a form widget I have been using successfully for a couple of years which emails me submitted forms. It also won’t send out emails. Our host says this is either wordpress issue or the form maker issue. The form maker company says not them either. I think if we resolve the admin email change it may give insight about the plug in not working too.

It seems that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com (it is a site using the open-source WordPress software, from WordPress.org, but hosted elsewhere), so you’ll want to look for help at the community forums here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
