Admin email address has changed

  Hi, our website is being run on WP, http://www.plushfurniture.co.uk, our admin email address should be (email visible only to moderators and staff) , but we can’t login and it we received an email to say the admin email address has changed to (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  Can you please look into this ASAP.

  Hi there!

  To avoid confusion, there are three different “WordPress” at play here:

  1. The free, open-source WordPress software which powers your website.
  2. WordPress.org which is the open-source project that works on the WordPress software and where you can get the software for free to use on your own hosting provider.
  3. WordPress.com which is a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software and with whom you’re contacting now.

  Since your site is not hosted with us, we’re limited in what we can help with and advise. But I can get you pointed in the right direction to get help.

  You should reach out to your host for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you regain access to your site.
