Admin Email Change

    Hi, I need to change the email on the website settings to my own email but the problem I’m facing is that I never receive any confirmation email about the changing of the email and I’m stuck with someone else’s email on the website. Can anyone help me with this?

    Hi there,

    Are you speaking of the email for the admin user account on alqadirtraders.com?

    That admin user account is something different from your WordPress.com username account, and we have no control over your site’s admin user account. The confirmation email also doesn’t get sent by us, but is sent from your WordPress installation on your host’s servers.

    If you’re not receiving that email, please ask the WordPress.org community for advice on how to troubleshoot and fix this. They provide support for the version of WordPress you’re using on that site:
