Admin email change and notifications
-
Hello team,
is there any chance that we can change admin email ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) to new email address? Person that registered domain has left company and she asks us to change it. Other thing is that she receives notifications about site, would it be possible to turn it off meanwhile we change admin email, if possible? Thank you. Regards, KatarinaWP.com: Unknown

Hi Katarina, was this in relation to your own account for the site falopia.wordpress.com, or was it for a different team member account in the list at https://wordpress.com/people/team/falopia.wordpress.com ?
Normally any WordPress.com account can change the email address it uses from this link:
https://wordpress.com/me/accountWe have two guides for that:
- https://wordpress.com/support/video-tutorials/manage-your-account/#change-your-account-email-address
If the account in question is already changed, then it may work to go to the account notification settings and switch them all off and on again:

Hi, thank you so much for support. Email change is for different domain: http://www.zvieraciombudsman.sk. Can you please check? Many thanks, Katarina

Hi there,
http://www.zvieraciombudsman.sk does not appear to be hosted with us here at WordPress.com but rather with Weglobe: https://www.webglobe.com/contacts
Here is how to update the admin email on a self-hosted WordPress.org site:
https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-change-the-wordpress-admin-email/
We’re unable to directly assist with this since we do not have access to the backend of your site. The dotorg community would be happy to further assist you with this if you have additional questions:
http://wordpress.org/support/forums
Hope this helps.
