admin email change request

  Can we please change our admin email? Our old digital agency has abandoned us and our projects. When I make the change in ‘general settings’ it says an email will go to us to confirm the change but the email never arrives. Please help!

  Have you tried to change your email form here https://wordpress.com/me/account
  On the “Account Information” section you will find the “Email address” change the email address and click “Save account settings”

  admin password is our old digital agency. When we update it, the site says the new email will get a confirmation email but it never arrives.
