Admin email is not updating

    Hi, I have paid site as mentioned above.
    When I login I get message to update admin email address.
    I know the process but old email address belongs to a developer who I am not in touch with : (email visible only to moderators and staff) I need it to be changed to my current one (email visible only to moderators and staff).
    Can you please help.

    Oh, I’m afraid that’s not something we could help you with here, on these forums. Your site is hosted on Siteground, not on WordPress.com, so we have no control over it.

    I’d suggest posting to the community forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/. Folks there may be able to advise better.

    To clear up any further confusion, there is WordPress.com and WordPress.org, and they are two different entities.

    We, WordPress.com, are a cloud-based platform where we manage WordPress sites, whereas WordPress.org is stand-alone software that you can download and self-host with any other hosting.
