Admin Email not working and unable to change

  Hello, My admin Email on my site matisseframing.com.au isnt working it is attached to (email visible only to moderators and staff) and i also cant log into that word press account as the email isnt coming through

  I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Hostgator.
