Admin functions

I was logged in as jkdistilling and added new admin accounts. jkdisitlling is set to use someone else’s email address. I was installing 2FA and since that account was updated to that other person’s phone number and email address. I tried to login using my jwohlfer user name which has my email account and phone number but it does not recognize me. It appears I no long have control of my account that I pay for.
I need help getting this fixed. 1425-870-4339 is my phone number. Please help me get this fixed. Thanks,
