Admin has retired, how do I change the email address for payments?

  Our Admin has retired, so we need to change the contact email & we need to pay the subscription by 28th April. How can I do this? Should I call you? If so, what’s the number to call?

  Are you still in contact with the admin? If yes, ideally you would need to transfer the domain and the site to another account.
