Admin hinzufügen – Fehlermeldung: User existiert bereits.

Hallo zusammen,
ich möchte mich selbst als 2. Admin hinzufügen. Ich gebe also mein 2. Account an und lade mich selbst ein.
Wenn ich diese Einladung annehmen will, zeigt wordpress die Fehlermeldung an, dass meine E-Mail-Adresse und mein Username bereits vergeben sind.
Ab hier stoppt die Anmeldung.Was muss ich anders machen, um diese Malfunktion zu umgehen?

WP gave that template and I replied – did not know that it occurs here in the intl. space. ;)However this is the subject:
I have 2 (artist) accounts and I want to add me from the first account as an admin to the second account. I can invite my first profile being signed in as admin of the second account, I receive the confirmation BUT as soon I want to confirm, I receive the error warning, that both, e-mail and user name already exist.
Of course the already exist because they belong to the first account from which I want to asign the profile to the second with full admin rights.
Obviously WP does not allow existing profiles for sharing accounts instead creating new profiles -> full accounts.Any experiences or advices, community?

Well, I don’t know why this happens, but you can add the tag modlook to the right sidebar of this topic to notify the Support Staff. They sure figure this out.

Are you signing out of the first account and into the second account before clicking the accept link in the email?

I’m curious if it is a cookies issue with all the signing in and out. Could you try signing into the second account and clicking the accept link using a different browser that you do not normally use for WordPress.com (or have cleared the cookies on)?

Ok. Here is a new info: After having had received the Invitation E-Mail, I confirmed it – a new window opens for a new(!) Registration. That’s why I can not use my second’s account logg in data.
However, how can I confirm it, since this window opens up for registration?
No info found in the second account.
What can I do? -
Ok. Everything is cleared.
I needed to logged in with the second account, then confirm the E-Mail. With this procedure the confirmation is let to the opend account. It is not opening an new Register form.
However, I have not found this a kind of discrbtion.
There should be a button for already registered users.
