  Only an existing admin on a site can invite another user as an admin. We cannot make you an admin on the site at your request.

  That site belongs to the account, jpeterlin, and that is the only user on that site. If that is your account and you’ve forgotten your login details, the only way we can give you access again is via our account recovery process described here:
