Admin inactive, need login

  Hello,
  I am the president of a 501c3 organization who has our web page hosted by WordPress. However, the “admin” of the web is no longer active, and is not responding to our requests for UN and PW so that we may update the web. And also create admin levels so our Board is the Super Admin/Admin and the person we assign to manage the web site will have a lower level access.

  I’m guessing we need support direct from WP on this.

  Let me know the best direction to take for this.
