Admin invite broken?

  Hello,

  there is a problem with invitations at wordpress.com to give admin access to another user? After receiving the invitation by email and clicking on the link, when clicking on the button «Join» a notification says «The user is already connected», then when clicking on My Sites, the list of sites is missing and loading forever saying «Loading My Sites…».

  Any ideas?

  Can you confirm the invitation was sent to this username, and this address?

  If it was, would you send us a link to the site you’re being added to?

  Okay, our system appears to think you have both been added as an admin to that site already, and that there’s a pending invitation you haven’t accepted yet.

  I also notice that there doesn’t appear to be any way to access the site’s dashboard, meaning the site owner likely installed a plugin or changed a setting somewhere that is preventing the site from working correctly, and that is most likely what’s preventing you from being added to the site correctly as well.

  Please ask the site owner to contact live chat support at https://wordpress.com/help/contact so our team can take a look and help them fix that. Then we can also work with the site owner there to get you properly added to the site.
