I need personalized help but there’s no chat or phone number available so I’m posting here. Basically, my coworker is trying to add me as an admin to our company’s blog and on his end it says I am an admin but on my end I’m seeing nothing. I was sent a link to join through my email and I set up my account through my email, but then it says my email isn’t associated with an account. So I created an account, but now I’m here with no connection to the actual blog. Can someone please call or email me?

Hi! Is there a way to be contacted privately? I don’t want the blog or my associated email to be public together.
The issue with the account is that it sent me an email, I signed in via that email, then it said my email address wasn’t associated with an account when I tried to log in. So I created an account using my email address – same address that the invitation was sent to – and then I logged in to find it’s connected to nothing. Not sure how the invitation and the email became disassociated. If I could talk to someone privately I can explain better.
