admin log in

I have been using WP for my website for more than 10 years. I had two log-in names. One is as an admin, another as an author. I wanted to add my author as an additional admin, but I can’t log in as an admin anymore for some reason. I tried to recover the password and everything, but it didn’t work. And I don’t have the email address I used for the admin account. So Is there any way I can log in as an admin to add my author as the additional admin? Can you help me? Thank you so much.
