Admin login issues

  Hello, I recently began working for a company that uses WordPress for their website. I was made an admin to do work on the page but every time I log in I can only access it as if I was a subscriber on the page and cannot access it as a WordPress editor. My boss went and made adjustments but the same issue is occuring

  I do not see any sites under your WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

  Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  What is the URL of the site you are needing help with? Are you using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc?
