Admin Login Problems

Hi guys,
I’m new to WordPress and my company assigned me to touch up our website. The woman that worked on the WordPress account left the company and didn’t leave any administrative passwords/information for our company to move forward. I cannot find any Transaction ID or activation URL/Key. I couldn’t find a direct phone number to call or an email. I was wondering if there is any other way that I can get our Admin login information.Sorry if this is the wrong place to post!

If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there and receive advice from WordPress.ORG bloggers.

Minha página de login está apresentando linhas de código acima do local para inserir login e senha. Quando digito login e senha, aparecem ainda mais linhas de código que ocupam toda a página e não consigo acessar a página de edição. O que fazer?
