Admin/Login problems

Hello,
I am attempting to work on a clients website, createwithspirit.com. I was given access as an administrator and was able to do some work for a bit. I logged out, and now am prevented from logging in again. My client attempted to grant me access again, however it states I already have a access through my own login as @seethesoulastrology. When I attempt to log in, I’m forever getting caught in a loop of ‘not being a registered user’, logging in successfully, and when I attempt to connect to the clients site, I am not logged in as a registered user. I do not have access to any other site when I’m using my account as @seethesoulastrology. How can I log in?The site I need help with is createwithspirit.com. It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

I don’t see your WordPress.com account,
seethesoulastrology, added as a user on that site. I also don’t see any recent invites to add this user to that site.That site has another admin account besides the site owner, but it’s a different account than what you’re using to post here, with a different username.
Do you perhaps have more than one WordPress.com account? Make sure you’re logged in as the correct one.
Otherwise, ask the site owner to check under My Site ->Users ->All Users and they can tell you the username of the other account.
For more help with this we’ll need the site owner will need to contact us directly at https://wordpress.com/help/contact, as we cannot add another user to the site at the request of a third party.

You’re correct that I had a couple of different accounts that I didn’t realize. There was another bug I found, but it seems everything is correct now.
I appreciate the response and your help! It’s people like you that make the internet still worth while!
