Admin Login Troubleshooting

    I cannot login to my WordPress account to use admin functions. I have a paid WordPress account and have been able to use it previously, and I am not sure what change happened that leads to this issue. When I go to login, I am directed to Jetpack and then given an error message that I have no account. The other thing that happens is when I attempt to login as through the WordPress admin login function, I get an error saying no account exists. I have deleted Jetpack, yet the issue still occurs. As a result, I am completely unable (or perhaps, unsure?) on how to edit my website and add products. Can you please help me resolve this issue?
