Admin lost access due to hack

    Our administrator lost access and now none of us can do those functions on the site. How do we get her new email into the wordpress system so we can regain access?

    Hi there,

    I’m sorry to hear that your administrator lost access to their WordPress.com account.

    If they still have access to the email connected to the account, they can enter that email address in the password recovery tool:

    If that doesn’t work, in order to regain access to a WordPress.com account, we’ll need one of the following things:

    * A transaction ID for any upgrades purchased for the account

    * The WordPress.com account activation link, which we sent to your email address when you first registered with us.
