Admin not accessible

  I was updating my site and tried to change the address, but changed it back and now I can no longer access the admin as I get the 404 error below and the site is displaying incorrectly. Please advise.

  proviewgds.com is not hosted on WordPress.com and I do not have access to admin dashboard since it is self hosted.

  You will need to contact your registrar, Site 5, and see if they can assist you in regaining access:
