admin notification

    I am listed as the admin for email but the former admin is still getting email notifications and I am not. My email address is the only one listed in all the contact pages yet the former admin received the renewal notification. If she had not let me know I would have missed it as I received NO notice!

    The ownership of the blog and domain name “thestartover.com” is still the other admin on the account, so all notifications would go to her regarding the domain renewal.

    If they would like to transfer ownership of the blog and domain to you, they would need to login and request the transfer of the blog and domain name to you. Here’s a link to our Contact form they can use:

    The domain expires on May 7, so it’s important to get this taken care of beforehand.
