Admin options, Editor (under appearance), and adding plugings

  Hi
  I juste bought wordpress premium package and built a site with a free theme called ”snaps”

  My User profile is administrator and I am building my website on the internet wordpress interface (not localy on my cumputer)

  When I go in the dashboard, I can’t see the option ”editor” under appearance.

  I also can’t see the ”plugin” menu in the dashboard where I should be able to install and remove plugins

  I saw a lot of post about these subjects. Some suggest that my ”administrator” editing options might be set to ”off” but I don’t know where to change it.

  There is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on any free hosted WordPress.com blogs.

  There is no upgrade you can purchase here that provides FTP access and the ability to install plugins and or any third party themes on blogs hosted by WordPress.COM like yours.

  You are confusing wordpress.COM hosted blogs with WordPress.ORG software installs on paid hosting.

  If you want FTP access and to install plugins or third party themes into a site then you will have to hire a web host http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and set up your own WordPress.org install.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.   If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
