admin page error

  An error occurred while installing the plugin.
  I do not get into the admin page.
  I get the following error:
  Fatal error: Call to a member function get() on a non-object in /vhosts/caponajans.com/http/wp-includes/query.php on line 28

  What is the problem?

  Hi. You are in the wrong place.
  These forums are only for blogs/sites hosted by WordPress.com

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  And you should ask in the WordPress.org forums.
