admin page failed to open

Hoping for Customer Service…
For the last few days i’ve been unable to log into my admin page… please help! Can you please advise me as to what i need to do. I’ve tried clearing my history etc but i think its an issue with the theme update – but can’t do anything because can’t get to the most basic page… fyi i have a very basic technical knowledge… -

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

in that you can see all the website pages, order products etc
but if i try to log into the admin page i get a “failed to open page” message… -

I get it but there is no problem with my site – only my wp admin page…is that still a crazy domains issue?
