admin page is not working

my website admin page is not working properly as well as the other plugins or any setting feature is not working. no plugin is showing when i try to add a new one, ‘An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.org or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.’ this comes written every time. my website also loads very slowly now

The forums here are for support of sites hosted on WordPress.com.
Your site is running a self-hosted/installed version of WordPress (using the free WordPress.org software).
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities. Here’s some info.
WordPress.org has complete support and documentation sites for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress, so you’ll need to take the question there.

http://codex.wordpress.org/Just a quick note – I’m seeing some odd characters – “/> – in the upper left corner of your site. There’s a thread on that in their forums that may be helpful.
