Admin page is painfully slow

  I’m having problems with my admin page being extremely slow. The website itself loads quite quickly. But it takes almost 30 seconds to log in to wordpress, and then any command takes another 30 seconds…open a post, insert an image, update a post, etc, etc. It is painful to use.

  I ran a speed test on my admin page (http://ourrabbijesus.com/wp-admin/) and I got the following result: https://gtmetrix.com/reports/ourrabbijesus.com/0vwjLFOe. I don’t have a lot of knowledge here. Can you help me out?

  I’ve taken a look at your website and noticed that you’re running the self-hosted version of WordPress(.org). You’re currently on the WordPress.com forums, which are for the fully hosted WordPress websites.
