Admin page not loading – gives error about header already sent
-
I’ve got a WordPress site that doesn’t get updated very often (it’s used mainly for business credibility), but today I go to check on it and get this message when trying to load the admin page:
Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /homepages/24/d177749653/htdocs/PinkPocketBookkeeping/wp-content/themes/responsive/core/includes/functions-admin.php:110) in /homepages/24/d177749653/htdocs/PinkPocketBookkeeping/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1210
There’s nothing else on the page.
I even added “define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );” to the top of the wp-config.php file and still no change.
I’ve also tried renaming the “plugins” directory to make sure no plug-ins are causing the problem. It didn’t have any effect.
The webpages loads fine, but I cannot administer it.

Hi @sjhollist,
Please redirect your question to the WordPress.org Support Forums. I recommend starting here:
https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/Right now you’re in the WordPress.com Support Forums, which provides support for WordPress.com hosted sites only. The differences between between the two can often be confusing, so I also recommend reading more about that here if you have time:
