admin page not working after updating wordpress

    I cannot reach the admin page since I’ve updated my site. The site itself is still online. I can view statistics, my profile etc. But when I want to customize my website or add a web page I get a warning that I have to update my Jetpack plugin. When I click the button I get a blank page. My website is a free website on wordpress.com so I can’t reach my files by ftp!

    The blog I need help with is PSD to HTML Cloud.
