Admin panel crashed after update

I cannot login into my admin console after an update. Urgent help needed. THe site was created by another person years ago. I have the login detailsonly to the admin of the site

I own the domain and pay for the hosting (netregistry)
I m not able to contact the creator of the site -last time was 5 years ago.
I was able to login to the admin console until both the WP console and the site crashed Friday 5 july 2019. The hosting part – the DNS resolution is working.
What are my options to restore the website?
I need Your help in resolving this as quickly as possible. -
