Admin Panel goes to Upgrade Page again and again

    Support,

    I am getting a very serious problem in my weblog admin panel.
    Actually when ever I clicked on any link or tabs inside the admin panel, it takes me to the Upgrade Page. I don’t know why its going on again and again even though my WordPress is already updated completely.
    Let me give you a little example… as I clicked on Widgets tab, my admin panel takes me to the following URL (http://technogiants.net/wp-admin/upgrade.php?_wp_http_referer=%2Fwp-admin%2Fwidgets.php). I hope this example gives you guys a little hint what is actually going on with my blog admin panel.
    Please help me as soon as your guys can because this issue is irritating me too much.
