Admin panel, login page not responding

  I have a blog, hosted on Networksolutions and they will provide me with NO service unless I installed their 2.6 blog, I installed the latest version on my own.

  Everything has worked fine for months, and then one day when I attempted to login to post, I get an error message (Page cannot be displayed, or server connection reset) after a long time. Contacted service for Network Solutions and they fixed the problem. One month later it happened again, this time they indicated that they are no longer supporting installed applications outside of their control panel.

  How can I diagnose and fix this problem. ?
