  I am unable to install the Simone theme to my blog. From the admin panel I can select Appearance and Themes… but, the options ‘Add New’… ‘Upload’… ‘Activate’ do not appear. Kindly advise. Thx!

  You can’t install third party themes here – security and performance issues – the themes here are also modified to run here with more built in features than a standard theme
