Admin panel not work to multisite

Hi,
I created a multisite at zgorzelec.eu/mieszkania, front page is work. When I try to log in to the administration panel (https://zgorzelec.eu/mieszkania/wp-admin), I get the error “redirect loop”.
What could I have done wrong?
Is this a server configuration problem? -

Please note that your site https://zgorzelec.eu is using the WordPress.org software and is hosted by another provider. We aren’t able to provide direct support for sites using WordPress.org as this forum is for WordPress.com sites. If you aren’t sure about the differences, please check out this page:
We are happy to point you in the right direction, but note that you may need to contact your host provider for wp-admin page not loading related issues a sI checked the page itself is not loading.
