Admin Panel Redirecting to 404 Error

  hello,

  After successful login to the dashboard each and every tabs of pages, post, plugins, settings etc are redirecting to 404 error Not found

  Even not able to go to the permalinks because of this error

  1 week before it was working smoothly

  Please reply asap
