Admin panel won'tt work since update

  I’ve installed the new WP update 4.4 and now I can’t get into the admin panel. It shows error:
  Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_removable_query_args() in /websites/123reg/LinuxPackage22/co/nv/oc/convoce.co.uk/public_html/wp-admin/includes/misc.php on line 900

  HELP!!!

  OMG!! Snap – we have same problem – fatal error – something to do with a file that is no longer there since update – would have been good to receive a warning before accepting the Install now!! Have you found how to access admin yet?

  Yes, don’t panic like I did, I worked on it today. check this out and backdate to prev version of WP 4.3, that will get the admin panel working again.

  Make sure your themes & plug ins are up to date before you update to 4.4

  Got to the bottom of the site at http://www.convoce.co.uk/ and click the Proudly powered by wordpress link in the footer taking note that it links to wordpress.ORG because that is a wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting.

  That site is not hosted by wordpress.COM. Our support docs do not apply to it and we do not provide support for it. You are posting to the wrong support forum.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.

  I didn’t think you were. About 30% of those who post here some days are actually posting to the wrong support forum and aren’t aware of the differences between WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ Best wishes with your site.
