Admin part of site is borked for me
-
Website admin page keeps whiting out. Can’t see stats, can’t change theme, can’t see settings, can’t contact support. I CAN access my WooCommerce, which is fortunate for me, but like, I have a business plan and I’m super confused why it’s all funky all of a sudden. I had to reach out to WP on twitter because there’s no way via the website that allows me to contact.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
I seem to be able to visit your site (and admin areas) without issue. To clarify, when you load this page you do not see the option to chat with us under your Business Plan? https://wordpress.com/help/contact
If not what are you seeing instead? An error message or some other kind of odd behaviour?
I noticed you are using Chrome as your browser, what if you try a different browser like Firefox instead? Does that allow you to log in to your WordPress.com account and access the site?
Thanks for the additional info!

Hmm ok so I installed firefox and can see everything normal. That’s unfortunate. Is there some issue with Chrome and WordPress for it to not load/show properly? I’d hate to have to switch browsers.

Thanks for confirming. Usually when an issue like this occurs, it can be traced to an expired (or broken) login auth cookie stored on your local web browser. It looks like you are using Google Chrome as your browser, so with this in mind I would like you to try the following
- clear your cache and cookies based on the steps google recommends here: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050
- Also make sure you are not blocking any “3rd party cookies” as explained in that guide as well.
- Also deactivate any extensions you are using to make sure they are not at issue.
Are you able to proceed within Chrome if you try the above things? Thanks for the additional info!
