I am unable to access wordpress admin. http://104.197.122.154/wp-admin/ , I tried to reset my password, hoping I will receive a link., nope, so I cannot make correction to my site. thanks

104.197.122.154 is hosted by Google Cloud. Contact your web host.
That site is not on wordpress.COM servers and you are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
