Admin Permissions

  Hello! I have been trying to direct this site to my new one, but I cannot even access the domain tab on this site. It says I do not have permissions to upgrade, to edit my domain settings, etc. I am the admin and was just given admin permissions by the other admin. Can someone please help?

  Hi there!

  Unfortunately, only the domain owner can change any of the DNS settings for a domain. Since you’re not the domain owner, you won’t have access to those settings.

  The owner of the site (the other Administrator that gave you those permissions) is the one who needs to make those changes.
