Admin Portal help?

  Hi! I’ve been trying to access my website for a couple of days now. Every time I go to the admin portal link it comes up saying ‘Verifying you are not a robot’ and then redirecting to the website homepage.
  I can’t access the login page at all.
  I tried downloading an FTP client (WinSCP), but I can’t seem to see how to manage plugins.

  I’m really not sure what’s happened, any advice would be appreciated!

  glasgowexsoc.org.uk uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org), whereas this forum deals with sites hosted through WordPress.com.

  The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org

  WordPress.org provides complete documentation on self-hosted/installed versions of the software at https://wordpress.org/support.
